Most problems can be solved through simple troubleshooting: 1. If there is still no response, the internal circuit board may be faulty, and after-sales maintenance should be contacted. 2. Inaccurate data: First recalibrate according to the calibration method; check if the placement position is horizontal and if the scale surface is clean; if it is still inaccurate after calibration, the sensor may be damaged and needs to be replaced (it is recommended to be operated by professionals). 3. Screen flickering: Mostly caused by unstable voltage or moisture. It can be recovered by replacing the battery and moving to a dry environment; if the screen is damaged (such as cracked or black screen), contact the manufacturer to replace the screen. 4. Maintenance skills: Wipe the scale surface with a soft cloth for daily cleaning, avoid directly rinsing with water (to prevent water from entering and damaging the circuit board); avoid the electronic scale being subjected to overload (not exceeding 120% of the range), otherwise the sensor will be permanently damaged; when not in use for a long time, remove the battery and store it in a cool and dry place, avoiding direct sunlight and high temperature and humidity environments; regularly check if the scale feet are loose and tighten them in time to ensure uniform force.
